These terms and conditions govern your use of the Gibas website (gibas.it) and the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. GIBAS s.r.l. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

All products displayed on our website are handcrafted lighting fixtures made in our workshop in Amandola, Italy. Product images are representative; slight variations in color and finish are inherent to handcrafted items. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

When you place an order through our website: 1. Select your product, model, and finish in the Design Studio 2. Add items to your cart 3. Provide your contact and shipping information 4. Complete payment through our secure payment provider Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation with details of your purchase.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

All products are made to order. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be displayed before you complete your order. We ship to EU countries. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly at [email protected]. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

As our products are handcrafted and made to order, returns are accepted only in the following cases: • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival • The product does not match your order specifications To request a return, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, logos, and product configurations — is the property of GIBAS s.r.l. and is protected by Italian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

GIBAS s.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fermo, Italy. For consumers residing in the EU, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, as provided by applicable EU regulations.
